These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MatchLab app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Tokens & payments

• AI actions (photo audit, chat analysis, messages) consume tokens.
• Tokens are purchased in top-up packages via Stripe and added to your wallet.
• Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that depicts anyone without consent.
• Upload illegal, abusive, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm others.

5. AI output

AI feedback is generated automatically and provided "as is" for guidance only. It may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use it. The Service does not guarantee dating outcomes.

6. Content ownership

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
